A video editing software that includes all would be best .
A software that can effectively reduce noisy background sound , provide the most proffesional video and audio editing tools for proffesionals .

I use Adobe Production Studio Premium.
For me, I would use Final Cut Pro, but it is only for the Mac. So for the PC user, I would use Vega.
Avid Editors are the mostly widely used in PC Format Broadcast facilities.Mac Based Final Cut Pro.There are may add ons available for both systems to do almost anything.
The two that are the most professional are Avid for pc and Final Cut Pro for mac.
