what is the best affordable video editing software for mac?

I am looking for not to expensive video editing software. I have imovie hd but it it lacks some things i need like zooming in and green screen effects. I’m not looking to spend more then 200 dollars.

Get a used computer off of Craigslist and load it up with the latest Windows Movie Maker and do green screens with a chroma key plugin. (Only half kidding.)
