Why give up? If it is difficult that is a great thing! Windows movie maker is easy to figure out within a minute. But with this software, you have to really study it to be a pro at using it. Oh well your choose.

A better program for beginners with very little learning curve is something like Muvee, or Corel Video Studio. This program appeals to semi-pro level editors, and contains advanced video editing tools. You can get very professional results with Magix. This program competes with packages costing hundreds more. If you’re already familiar with editors like Premiere, Vegas Studio, or Avid, you’ll find it easy to pick up quickly on how to use this app. The tutorials are great! Thanks Magix!

  21. CheapHomeFilms says:

Depends on what kind of camera you’re using. Otherwise, you could always just adjust the speed of a video clip.

I think to make a time lapse you film a scene for about one day without moving the camcorder and then you play the video in fast motion.
