I currently use Windows Movie Maker, and I am working on a project that requires more than one audio layer at a time. The only way to do this is to save it once and then add the second layer of audio to the saved video, and after saving it twice the video and audio quality turns to crap. If you could, please recommend me some free video editing software that allows you to have more than one audio layer at a time. kthx

I am a 14 year old student in High School, and I am quite the little entrepreneur. I help every year with my little brothers Elementary School "Talent Show", and I am competing with the "professional" director of the "Talent Show Video" so the principal can see which one is easier to comprehend, which one looks better, and which one would be easier on the school’s budget.
I was wondering if there were any FREE video editing software out there, so I can really pack-a-punch with my competing Talent Show video.

I have been told that I make REALLY great videos for YouTube and stuff… but I havent done anything like this before… What type of equipment do I use??? The only equipment I have is an HP PhotoSmart M307 3.2 MP (15x optical zoom) camera, my Dell Inspiron 6000 Laptop, and the Windows Movie Maker Software on my PC.

Is there any free video editing software that enables me to crop the bottom from a video? I have used Virtual Dub and it works great, but when I try to edit this particular video, its asking me for a VFM codec or something and I’m clueless as to what this is. I just want to crop the dates from the bottom of some videos I’ve downloaded. Can anyone help me?
