is it possible to make such text on other background?? not on black solid, eg on foto

    4. rider108 says:

Thanks works great but whenever I try to change the background color other than black the color balance only adjusts the background and not the letters even though I am selecting that layer. ??

Why is it that when I use the color balance on the text, the background changes color as well, but in yours it doesn’t? please help.

hmmmm.. little tip, why not just ‘cmd + J’ (duplicate) the original text layer before you modify it.. leaving the text in the exact spot

@italguy10 In his case, the background is black so you can’t notice the change. If you want the color balance to affect only the layer below you have to right click on it and select “Create clipping mask”.

Another way to do it is to select the adjustment layer and Alt+Click betweet the two layers (You have to click when the cursor changes).
