Is there any free video editing software that enables me to crop the bottom from a video? I have used Virtual Dub and it works great, but when I try to edit this particular video, its asking me for a VFM codec or something and I’m clueless as to what this is. I just want to crop the dates from the bottom of some videos I’ve downloaded. Can anyone help me?

I advice u to download a video editor.I tried many free trail version,the xilisoft video editor is the best.

I wouldn’t give up VirtualDub, I tried finding one for myself and nothing does the job for free or even at all.
It seems you could be needing the XviD codec, it should be online and you just dowmload and install it wherever the instructions says you have to.
