Does the chroma key also work on photos/images?

  11. rudimentalist says:

Yes. You could use an image for the background, or you could use an image over a background. In the latter case, you would need to use a program such as Photoshop to paint in the chroma-key color of your choosing, say green, and the portions of your image that you paint green will be transparent in the final rendering, revealing the background beneath.

Can you also do videos for background?

  13. rudimentalist says:

Yes. The lake scene in the background, at the end of the video, is a good example.

    thanx

  20. pchelper102 says:

do you have to have plus or can you just have sutdio 11

  21. rudimentalist says:

Studio 11 works. The main difference between 11 and Plus is the green screen shipped with Plus version, and perhaps a couple of additional transitions. If you don’t have Plus, you will need to purchase some kind of backdrop to record your subject videos against.

  22. rudimentalist says:

    No, there is not.

  23. rudimentalist says:

Not sure what you’re doing there. Perhaps not setting your key color parameters correctly.

  24. pchelper102 says:

i try to use it but all it does is make a black background

  25. Mikxels says:

    wow, nicely done

That editing is seamless! I am extremely impressed, it looks like it took no time at all either!
