WMM is terrible! I hate it! Is there any free video video editing software that I can download? And that’s very easy to use? WMM has hardly any effects!! If I have to pay for software, I can do that. (Btw, I live in the UK.)

I’ve had bad experiences with Final Cut, and iMovie is for amateur video. What is the best professional movie editing software for Macintosh. I want it to be easy to use but let me do more than iMovie. And inexpensive is also a plus. PROFESSIONAL EDITING SOFTWARE

Hi i only have a windows 2000 and i do not know of any video editing software that works with it i tried windows movie maker but that did not work please help me.
i have a dvd handycam and apparently i need sony software to transfer the video onto my comp and i cant use movie maker for editing. i was thinking of just getting a basic version of the Sony Vegas software.
is there anything comparable but free or very cheap that will work with these video files? i dont need anything real fancy and i dont want to mess with converters to try to convert the files to something readable by windows movie maker.
i got an easycap 2.0 capture card, i no how to record the video but when i go to watch the recorded video its just a black screen! does anybody know what the easiest and free software is?? if so comment. and aswell does easycap rrecord mw2 on ps3??

I am a 14 year old student in High School, and I am quite the little entrepreneur. I help every year with my little brothers Elementary School "Talent Show", and I am competing with the "professional" director of the "Talent Show Video" so the principal can see which one is easier to comprehend, which one looks better, and which one would be easier on the school’s budget.
I was wondering if there were any FREE video editing software out there, so I can really pack-a-punch with my competing Talent Show video.
Does any advice on anything else?
I have been told that I make REALLY great videos for YouTube and stuff… but I havent done anything like this before… What type of equipment do I use??? The only equipment I have is an HP PhotoSmart M307 3.2 MP (15x optical zoom) camera, my Dell Inspiron 6000 Laptop, and the Windows Movie Maker Software on my PC.
The School will let me borrow any equipment I need, so any advice?
